2- Do not settle on less or equal salary, ask for atleast of 30% Hike,because there will be no appraisal afterwards,
3- Tell them that you will not stay after the official hours
4- Tell them you will not work on holidays unless until you feel there is something important.
5- Take everything in writing, you might need it later to sue them
