The Screening Interview happened with a peer, with significantly less years of work ex. Only behavioural questions were asked, which could work well if a hypothetical context is given to the candidate, but to a person with 13+ years of work ex in senior roles and as a Founder and Co-Founder in previous roles, asking cookie cutter questions such as "when was a time you deep dived" , was so superficial. The interview felt so templatized and lacking depth.
