Aws is pathetic company when it cones ti interview process .My first technical round feedback was shared after 15 days that too after writing 15 mails to their hr team.i cleared 1st round and 2 and and third round were scheduled same day with gap of 30 minute.on day of interview i woke up while night and at last moment got mail that they rescheduled interview to a different date and time.i took off from work and they dont even bothered ro for call and inform.8 therefore took another day off from work 2nd round was security followed by 3rd round network with gap of 30 minutes.I did answered 70-75%of questions atleast and interview was decent .post interview i had 30 min for next round i started meetung but no one joined i sent mail to HR and she informed they have decided not to move on further. AWS bangalore is worst place to interview at i still remember last time 2 years back i interviewed with them the interviewer was so rude and scolding me for not amswering questions as per his expectation.i informed hr but she did not even considered my feedback.They have untrained hr staff and technical interview are generally kids wuth 4-5 years experience that too with aws only and a typical interview depends only on their mood and taste .This is first time i am sharing feedback in my career of 8 years and AWS is seriously flawed in its interviewing process ans missing talent.
