Yes, I do, it involves fitting a gland around the cable which provides a secure seal and prevention on   dust and moisture among others.
While for Termination involves connecting the cable to a device or equipment using appropriate connectors for example for Ethernet we use RJ45 for the internet access and RJ 11 Connectors for IP Phones and for the internet (Rj45) we can use either crossover or straight through and understand well color coding experienced in selecting the right type of gland and connector based on the cable size with where is applied.
On the side power I also terminated power cable for electrical installation and solar with recommended insulation under IEEE with safety precautions and regulations, I also act very quickly and troubleshoot power solution on the electrical equipment to restore power where is required.
