Experience: Resume was shortlisted as I had a huge experience in Finance and Administration spanning to about 30 years in all!

Round: Test
Experience: Written test was conducted on Behavioural shades!!

General Tips: I spoke to the Managing Director over phone to fix up the date of interview in response to the Newspaper Ad.
I was called for 3 rounds of interviews for 3 consecutive weeks ( 1 per week).
I was selected based on successful completion of 3 rounds of interview.
The salary package is reasonable for a fairly experienced person who can independently handle a team of 50 employees.
