First of all good morning sir or madam!

Myself Pavani,I am from Rajahmundry, now iam 2nd bsc computers at Chenna nageshwarao college, my hobbies are reading moral stories, playing with children ,lastly iam the person who trys to be an independent women This is about my self thank u sir!

According to Sir APJ Abdul Kalam a leader should have 6 traits.firstly,a leader must have great vision 2ndly,the leader must able to travel into a new path.3rdly,the leader must know how to manage success and even more importantly ,failure.4thly,leader must have courage to take decisions.5thly,leader must have nobility in management. Lastly,the leader must work with integrity...these are the qualities of leader.

On my way this is best quotion for me because every person has one or more hard subject.my hardest subject is physics but I could overcome it.. I read the text book and I could understand the concept this the my of overcome my fear on my hardest subject physics.

If a person in my team is not working properly then I will deal with him/his politely and I will ask his or her problem and I will explain about it ..
