First of all, I would suggest if you receive any interview mail from Accenture please ignore and try not to attend as the HR doesn't show any interest whether you are selected or not selected. They are only focused on their number how many candidates they brought to save their job as an HR. When I went there I felt Gov't office would be better than these HR. Nobody knows why they called a candidate to their location. just nothing we spent a lot to reach there but they would say to wait for long hours for more than 5 hours without any cafeteria water, tea. Only these HR check our documents and will say to go for now and we will get back to you. But they won't call you or mail you, even if you call they won't pick and disconnect your call. What kind of attitude is it? do you think we are beggars, begging for work? They call you multiple times to their location if they want to show their numbers and do nothing only make you wait and lose your patience. they don't have proper knowledge of what to be conducted. And they will make you wait for more than 3 weeks if you have been interviewed by managers and no response will be given. better search for another company please don't waste your time in Accenture interviews. After 3 weeks I gave an interview to another small company and I got selected now working with them. that small company completed the interview process in 2 days. Accenture only name and fame. no respect for a candidate. I wish Accenture top shots should read these comments and try to improve or eradicate their HR team and bring hardworking and honest people in HR.
