Interview Preparation Tips
Round: Test
Experience: It is only technical aptitude.contains basic chemistry questions and chemical engineering questions like molality, molarity,normality,humidvolume, wetbulb temp, NPSH,some problems based on basic equation.
Duration: 45 minutes
Round: Technical Interview
Experience: 1)This is my first and best interview,asked basic questions from HT,MO,especially HT they will give some practical situations to describe working principle.e.g:in shell n tube heat exchanger if ther r two fluids one is cold fluid another is steam how many no of heat transfer coefficients r prsant n what r they?
2)If u are preparing for gate technical interview is simple.
Round: HR Interview
Experience: I answered them straight forward. Very cool,hr people are very friendly, if they like,they will talk in telugu,in AP there is a bilt branch in warangal district it is better to highlight u r place if u r near to any of their branch.
Tips: If your communication skills is not good ,don't fear their aim is to know about u not your language,I am worst in communication . Don't lie when u r introducing your family but at the same time don't overexpose. They will ask about your leadership qualities,prepare one incident where you led the team to success.
Skill Tips: Don't waste time, if u have time better to prepare for gate,they may ask some famous scientist named equation.e.g what is the formula used in suspension of insoluble particles in slurries. Please all of u should apply for GATE ,their is a lot of chances to copying from others,some of my friends got best ranks than who prepared well.

Experience: The written test was only technical.There were questions from almost all subjects e.g.manufacturing,machine design,machine tools,vibration,thermodynamics.The paper was really good.After written test there was interview and then a Psychometry test.This was objective type and for 45 mins.There were 187 questions to be answered.
Duration: 45 minutes

Experience: Not much technical questions were asked.When I was asked about my hobbies I told listening music as one of it. Then they asked me about working principle of musical instruments,vibration is a necessity or an evil.Few questions on pumps,my project work and industrial training.
Round: HR Interview
Experience: The toughest part of the selection process was written test.U have to be thorough with the technical stuff.Interview was nice.The panel members were friendly.It was for 20 minutes.
Skill Tips: In Psychometry test answer what you think or what is right in your point of view.Don't think what will be the ideal answer and then mark it.Be fast.
