Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I want to say only one thing that don't be prepared for any particular interview.. be prepared fir yourself..... not give too much pressure before night of any interviews....which knowledge u have gathered in your study life only apply them. And one more thing... you have to enter into the Interview desk with the mentality of confidence and after rejection u have that mentality that u can manage another.

Interview Preparation Tips
Round: Test
Experience: There was a pool campusing from JIS group. Approx 1400 student took part in this campus drive.
The selection process was of two parts.
1.Verbal(Email writing)
2.Analytical(Quantitative aptitude)
The email writing is very easy. You have to write a professional email with some certain keywords given.You must use all the keywords and minimum of 50 words should be there.
Coming to the aptitude part. It was very very difficult. Few questions were repeated from previous years but max questions were very tough. There was 2 star questions, 1 from suduku and another from determinant. I do not know the cut of but it was b/e 15 to 18.
Only 99 out of 1400 cleared the test, you can imagine how tough the test was..
Round: Technical Interview
Experience: The the next day we were called for the interviews. There was 7 to 8 pannel so my chance very very very early. There were two interviewer. Some students had to face three interviewer.
My technical interview was not that good cause I was unable to answer question from my project
Round: HR Interview
Experience: My technical interview was not that good cause I was unable to answer question from my project. Then I was waiting for my HR interview ( as my pannel consists only two interviewer so I had to give the HR interview separately). Then after 2.5 hours I was called for the HR interview. The HR was awesome. So friendly. 1 Hr took interview of us( by US I mean 2gitls and me were giving the interview together). It was for 45 mins but it was enjoying.
He gave us lots of advise n all the company details.
After waiting for 6 hours they deiced to announce the results n thankfully I was selected. Only 9 student from Narula got selected(Only Narula,not JIS)
General Tips: Just want to say, Aptitude is 90% hard work n skills,10% luck, Interview 75% luck, 25% skills. So all the best to everyone hope this will help you guys....
