Interview Preparation Tips

Round: Test
Experience: Technical – Subjective questions based on Structural Analysis & Objective questions basedon IS 800 Code of DesignAptitude – Puzzles, both subjective as well as objective
Duration: 90 minutes

Round: HR Interview
Experience: Basic HR questions and genuine interest in civil engineering was tested.A few technical questions mainly based on IS 800 are also tested. They might even give you some structures and ask you to draw Bending Moment and Shear Force Diagrams.

General Tips: BTP /Internship related to Steel/Structural Design would be a certain plus for this profile.Initial Shortlist was based on Resume only. No CGPA cut-off.
