Round: Guesstimate Interview Experience: The interviewer was quite impressed by my way of presenting the numbers and estimates and also with the parameters I considered for solving the puzzle. I divided the population of India into different age-groups and regions (urban, rural) and then analyzed the approximate figure. As he is a Pakistani Singer so I considered the population of Pakistan and Arab countries as well. All this I presented in the form of a table. Tips: Try to cover as much parameters as you can while solving these type of questions. Round: Technical Interview Experience: I had a hard time solving this puzzle and was more of a brain-storming session. I spent 10-15 minutes just to find an approach that would atleast help me to begin the conversation with my interviewer. After sometime I took small-steps and tried to do it in the best possible way. Tips: Use graphs and table for solving such questions as the way you present the information should be very comprehensive as well as simple.Even if you are not satisfied or convinced with your approach, present it in front of the interviewer with confidence.PS: If you cannot convince the other person, then confuse him.
Round: HR Interview Experience: This is the most interesting round as you have to put forward your views about the industry you are entering into and what quality makes you a potential candidate for the job. Tips: Have a good knowledge about each and every point you have mentioned in your resume and be clear about your future goals and interests.Always ask few questions when the interviewer asks you to do so at the end of the interview.
