Round: Test
Experience: Aptitude test comprising of 30 Qs based on simple mathematics and logic.
Tips: Padhai karo ache se. ?
Total Questions: 30
Round: Group Discussion
Experience: GD of 6-7 members basically to judge our thinking capability and concentration.
Tips: Dont indulge urself in unnecessary time consuming activities and gossips. Instead use ur time to educate urself.
Duration: 30 minutes
Round: Group Discussion
Experience: Verbal communication with the inteviewee regarding programming concepts and problem solving.
Tips: Study to Learn...and NOT for mere passing the Semester !

Interview Preparation Tips
Round: HR Interview
Experience: The first question I was asked was about the basic understanding of what is the company all about and about the profile I am being interviewed for. Beside company's understanding I was tested whether or not I was prepared for this profile and why would I want to join the company and where do I see myself after a few years in the company
Tips: Basically this round is all about your confidence test some of the questions in this round are tested just to know how confident you are about yourself. Cause as per the questions they ask in this round most of them are how positive you could be about yourself and your future in the company
Round: Technical Interview
Experience: In every company there are predefined tools for you to work on so basically I was asked if I could manage those even in stressful times to provide satisfactory services to customers as that is what support desk is all about
Tips: For this round you just need to know basic things about the roles and the tools used in these roles and how well can you manage and improve them
