Group term Life Insurance and Group Personal Accident Policy
Term Life Insurance and coverage to all its employees at 60 times the monthly basic salary, with minimum INR 15,00,000 and maximum of INR 40,000,000. The coverage of this policy is 24*7 and worldwide.
Childcare Support
Kyndryl India has partnered with KLAY Centre for Child Development and Care to provide Childcare Services for employees. The benefit can be availed for up to 2 children between the ages of 6 months to 6 years. Kyndryl will subsidize a significant part of the cost of KLAY childcare service on the pricing of the various programs KLAY offers in Gurgaon, Noida, Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, and Chennai.
