... in life that I joined this worst company so plz plz don’t joint this company. These people unnecessary deduct the salary of the ground level staff. 5. And don’t know this company 5000 are deducted from your salary 2 month in the name of security amount and they don’t even give any other assets, and your security amount next gets this amount again.

The work culture at this company is highly problematic. There is a lack if support for employees and even if an issue is not your fault, management will often place the blame on you. This results in being labelled from the organisation without job security. In my team, there is an individual who manipulates the situation for personal gain, even calling themselves the "VP" and creating a "family" within the company, which they refer to as the "Star Pariwar". Other team members, despite performing well, are often undermined and unfairly criticised. Those who are perceived to be underperforming are placed on a PIP, even when their contributions are valuable. Overall, the toxic leadership environment, particularly with certain senior staff members, marks it an unappealing place to work. It is difficult to feel motivated or secire in such a setting.

Every part in this company is fabulous, specially the senior management , they talk very politely to each employee and discuss the challenges they are facing whether its in field or in office. work culture is good with positive vibes.
