Working at Zyla Health has been an exceptional experience. The culture here is rooted in high ownership, where everyone in the team is encouraged to take initiatives and drive projects forward. This has helped a lot of young talents take up bigger responsibilities, which has helped them learn and grow at a faster pace! At Zyla, our leadership team is very supportive and is always open to new ideas and believes that innovation should be at forefront of our work, everyday! Culture is the highlight - I believe Zyla is a great combination of performance culture + people centricity. I enjoy working here, love my team and believe we are creating impact every day. I have learnt more in the last 1 year that previous years of experience put together. There is less redundancy which allows for more ownership.

They keeps retraining over topics related to health.

They do not support the learning capacity of individual, also they do not support positive work life balance, though it is a health care company but did not take care of their employees health who are working from home.

I hate everything about ZYla, specially the founder.

I dislike everything about ZYLA. Starting from the founder, she is a bad who does not respect personal space of any individual and micro-micro manages everyone. there is a reason every month people are leaving the company because they see how dark her soul is. She is a bad manager the worst one I have seen.
