Working at Zyla Health has been an exceptional experience. The culture here is rooted in high ownership, where everyone in the team is encouraged to take initiatives and drive projects forward. This has helped a lot of young talents take up bigger responsibilities, which has helped them learn and grow at a faster pace! At Zyla, our leadership team is very supportive and is always open to new ideas and believes that innovation should be at forefront of our work, everyday! Culture is the highlight - I believe Zyla is a great combination of performance culture + people centricity. I enjoy working here, love my team and believe we are creating impact every day. I have learnt more in the last 1 year that previous years of experience put together. There is less redundancy which allows for more ownership.

They keeps retraining over topics related to health.

They do not support the learning capacity of individual, also they do not support positive work life balance, though it is a health care company but did not take care of their employees health who are working from home.

-They train monthly about various health topics -5 day work

Dislikes

-Even if your leaves are pending they will not allow you to take leave -The workload is equivalent to machine -They treat you as machine -They keep strict watch on you. You cant even stop for 2 minutes you'll have to give explanation. -Clients are not getting any value from there plan since there plans are very impractical so no job satisfaction -No one can question sop's - They keep increasing targets beyond limit very few can achieve those - Work always extends for more than 1 hr - When you ask help from them regarding work management or stress management they dont give any solution - Even on weekends you wont find peace because they keep msging you and pointing out mistakes -No appreciation but when there is a minor error they will make sure to point it out
