(1) Compensation and benefits are good as compared to other companies in same field.

Dislikes

There is a list of things I want to share (1) HR is working as a Dummy on the mercy of Branch Heads. (2) No proper Planning, Decision making, Execution strategies at Branch level. (3) No Job security even you have to think 10 times in a day for resign. (4) Management has No clear vision what to do, how to do and why to do. (5) To save own chair they are very clear how smartly to eat own sub ordinates jobs and give them mental trauma. (6) No acceptance on product defectiveness by management and forcing them to sale deteriorated products in market without any second thought. (7) Only 2 people are running North Branch and the irony is that if u have joined newly you won't configure who is sales head. All the meetings are taken by Marketing person. Sales head work during meetings is only to threat every employee for sacking. This is fix he will speak every half and hour in meeting " Nikal dunga sabko. saare nikkame bharti kr rakhe hai". (8) While market visits with Sales head they will do only time pass with team. and in evening discussion torture them for their own incapabilities. (9) North Sales head his own do the hierarchy bypass daily basis and expect sales team to follow no hierarchy bypass. By doing this he lowers the goodwill of sales persons in the eyes of other business stakeholders. (10)They don't have any solution for Problems like infiltration, product quality complaints, Competitive pricing, Schemes on Products.

Company is no less from any MNC but job security is there as long as you perform well. Leader in all brands they have...market reputation is there

Dislikes

...in market, immense pressure is there no matter what is the current situation ...under cutting is too high...distributor servival is very difficult...completion of kpi's has become very tough due to under cutting...even if you perform good then also your growth is not guaranteed...if you are good at flattering then even failed employee gets promoted. All are managers, no one is leader.

no growth , worst support functions and no support and just need to work blindly as per managment , no professional growth and learning.

Renowned Brand. Most are no 1 in their category One of the best pay master as per industry norms

1) Job insecurity/ Extreme work Pressure. 2) No control on business hygiene as far as product price in open market. 3) Pathetic/Toxic/Scary Work Culture. 4) Always finger point on others. I highly recommend to not join Zydus Wellness. They are making mockery of employee.

No family time for 2nd pay roll EMP Family time only for onroll employees Lots of work pressure from zydus wellness employees like asm SO Job timings like 9.30am till 8.30pm
