New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Dislikes

Promotion criteria. Production person is not required go through TAC cause he is directly connected to worker and he gets same pay as other departments. he fights lots of current issues but he is treated as Labour. This thinking should be changed.

Its just the brand entity the company had made in these all years.

Dislikes

They give very low package to freshers, even Canteen HR services and other facilities are not up to the mark. As compared to life at INTAS this company is nothing at all who cares about its employees, in Covid times INTAS gave so much monetary benefit to every employee who worked. Please improve qualities as your brand name.

...ulture There is no proper system of doing work, everything is too much chaotic 3 years bond and you have to pay if you are leaving before the bond period Worst policies RND facility is out of city around 25 to 30 km depending on where are you staying Strict timings Sandwich leaves not allowed
