Salary and bonus on Time.Transportation is also good. Currently 08:30 hrs duty timings are compulsory.Increments are on timely basis.

Dislikes

Old local staff is very bad in behaviour and is not supportive in any situation.Bad communication for daily routine activities. Problems and discussion regarding any situation taking for granted by old staff who are handling the department’s. Due to regulations local staff and QA personnel are very badly behaves with the new joiners.

Good teammates. Policies are good. Steps taken during covid-19 period are good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and visilance culture is very bad. Who is doing regularly duty during covid-19 his salary is deducted and who is not coming from long time his salary is paid out.

...ulture There is no proper system of doing work, everything is too much chaotic 3 years bond and you have to pay if you are leaving before the bond period Worst policies RND facility is out of city around 25 to 30 km depending on where are you staying Strict timings Sandwich leaves not allowed

Company culture is good and salary of employees is also good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign.

No employee welfare activities, poor work life balance, unfair policies for compensation, alternate Saturday off, very poor ERP system at that time
