... there are few downside too.The biggest negative thing is politics in some area.It has been observed that few authorised person select new employees by their beauty not by their knowledge,and use thier power to give them more salary package than older ones.I think this is the reason which is disturb the work culture and mind set of the other employees. At my work place some differences difference between beauty and hard work employees, which are really deserve the appreciation from management.Other common problems regarding travel, worst food quality for employees after cutting charge from their salaries.And by complaining to authorised department we got very rude answers.Please try to take actions on the following issues,which will help in grow of company and achieve its target.I am thanking to you to get my view and I expect that management will take some possible actions which will maintain the brand name in market as it is so far.
