...ulture There is no proper system of doing work, everything is too much chaotic 3 years bond and you have to pay if you are leaving before the bond period Worst policies RND facility is out of city around 25 to 30 km depending on where are you staying Strict timings Sandwich leaves not allowed

Just salary but the statement is correct here money is not everything not work Life balance.

Forcing for extra working hours daily . . And if we deny to extra work hour shouting and harrassing.Managers don't understand employees feeljng . don't behave visely

3 year bond period, Shift timing is NLT 8 hours, Lunch and Dinner is worst, Infrastructure is not well as per GMP and USFDA requirement, Bus routes is also not found satisfactory due to predefined routes are not easy for employees to reach at bus stop and time consuming routes due to traffic system (Zydus Lifscience Ltd Matoda SEZ 01).

1) politics 2) career growth slow 3) compensation and Benefits very poor 4) There is bond 3 years before which you cannot resign. 5) Tye up every pharma comany in Ahmedabad location

...imbursement is not given if you visit any location of company within ahmedabad..for outside location also they will make you cry to pay your reimbursement 9. onboarding is worst you can ever have...u have to run urself for email setup,laptop bag, microsoft office setup.
