...ulture There is no proper system of doing work, everything is too much chaotic 3 years bond and you have to pay if you are leaving before the bond period Worst policies RND facility is out of city around 25 to 30 km depending on where are you staying Strict timings Sandwich leaves not allowed

Just salary but the statement is correct here money is not everything not work Life balance.

Forcing for extra working hours daily . . And if we deny to extra work hour shouting and harrassing.Managers don't understand employees feeljng . don't behave visely

Work c work culture is very good all festivals in the year will be celebrated better compensation for salary given and also increments are average

... people instead of higher experience people having less qualification that will be the very bad culture salary structure difference for experienced person and pressure person is observed

Very bad work-life balance especially at below manager positions. Appraisals are mostly dependent on your personal relations with manager rather than your performance.

... to leave they threaten u that nowhere u wl be able to work after leaving zydus. They approve leaves and then at the time of salary they unapprove it. So most of assigned leaves wl be LWP. Faculties join seeing the good name of zydus but after joining feels to leave , but somehow need to wait just to complete 6 months or 1 year for the resume experience count. They make every leave without pay going off the rules and when u show offer letter rules, they show u the last statement “ decision of management “ which is without any reason always tries to gv u no paid leave.
