Company culture is good and salary of employees is also good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign.

I had the pleasure of meeting & felicitated by Shri Pankajbhai Patel (M.D- Zydus Cadila Group) in Ahmedabad marking the onset of bifurcation (of Cadila healthcare & Cadila Pharma) in March 1995-one of the few Handpicked Chosen Youngest managers from Whole Cadila Group.(Probably One of the firsts to join Zydus Group in Zydus Tower Ahmedabad

The Salary,Perks & Allowances were never lucrative and not at all promising or rewarding for Sales& Marketing field force.

...oing wrist 4. upper management keep only there job safe either you go to hell 5. Never take leave during probation any leave they deducted salary and other wages. 6. HR always hear and work for upper management he never work for you he never hire any person for you he only took interviews and if upper management said him he is wrong then he trying to prove you wrong...

At Company level everything is very good, ontime salary, company policy etc....

Managers are making very poisonous situation for people working very hard. They don't know how to get work from people they only threatened our piece of mind and job security. Please hire capable people for responsible position.

This oncology pharmez plant balva very rude behaviour staff I m not interested in this plant job advise others recommend and packing hr not good behaviour very rude behaviour to me .. and your expectations not full filled this company and company basic facilities like child drinking water not available in cantin area electric prob like ac on off system very slow your carrear growth very hard in this company not good for you ya you are interested in High salary and benefits so confidently you are got this job. They good salary ammont for you but you are frustrated this company and work load more and more and not properly you are growths. Manager don't your mistake 😔❌ with agree and he says quickly say resignation this job you are not capable this job and you are make mistakes and not working and chance one to by you your hr but he was saying good bye and resign this job .. like very bad behaviour.
