Healthy environment for work.

Dislikes

Salary doesn't match with work experiences. Employee with 5 years experience and fresher has same salary..this is not acceptable..Some time experience person has to teach all the activities wheather it is practical or theoretical knowledge to the freshers. In this scenario fresher has high salary and experience person has less salary..this is quite unsatisfied and not acceptable at all.

Job security and salary on time and increment provide on time

Dislikes

Management gives full of authority to HOD of department to use abuse word and scolding anytime with minor things issue and humiliated to employees up to his self confidence get loose and use valgar language In Zydus VTEC manufacturing unita Name of that HOD is Mayurgiri goswami Due covid 19 project his all behaviour things get hidden I am totally frustrated there but due to three years bond agreement and all original documents get submitted as per management policy,this policy is very much worst in Zydus group If employees leave should pay three lakh rupees.. then they provide experience and reliving letter. .. So think before starting career there It's not great place to work.... kindly request to think about it and make full of open investigation before start job

...ey signed three years of service bond and ruled you to do whatever they want . Salary deducted unexpected in frequently no proper calculated. Horrible experience while working here.finally money not everything they promised to pay you but not happen same. Wise personal think on that , world have lots of opportunities.

Culture is good.

Dislikes

HR policies not good. During Covid, many other companies provided extra salary or compensation to employees working during the covid time. None of these things were done at Zydus. Some sites does not even provide transportation facilities. No Free Transport. No Free Food. No Cafeteria. No Gymnasium. No Job Role Change.
