...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Earlier management is good but now it is poor in technically and no vision of Future and they are recruiting with more salary beyond their level, ADM and HR not speak up against wrong thing, I am very disappointed against this management, they are not human being, six days working.

Dislikes

HR policies not good. During Covid, many other companies provided extra salary or compensation to employees working during the covid time. None of these things were done at Zydus. Some sites does not even provide transportation facilities. No Free Transport. No Free Food. No Cafeteria. No Gymnasium. No Job Role Change.
