I am working for last 20 year with different capacity in Zydus AH.I learn so many things and found ample opportunities to sharpen my skin and overall development.As a zydan,we have culture to support and grow as an organisation and individual.and the policy of Zydus AH is employee friendly.

Salary and appraisal for field employee is not as per the standard company.

Zydus learning program and their training is very good, seniors are very supportive , and their is team spirit and family like environment.

Dislikes

Their salary structure, and increment policy is very poor, incentive is very low and tends to demotivate people.

good training,job security. excellant teammates. salary in time. lot of travel. work environment was good.

salaries and allowances were not upto the mark. Targeting were arbitatory. leadeship was dictitorial with little scope of discussions.

...od , appraisals are also not upto the mark as the level of the company deserves. Bonus and salary increases after every 3 year when the COD applies.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...agement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria , gym and indoor gaming zone. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give salary hike every year.
