The policies are good but only when it executed as per the policy terms. Norms and policies are manipulatively misused by the AVP. Unethical and biased marking for the performance by the AVP. These issues also get noticed by the management but they ignored as they don't want to disturb their sales profit delivered by the AVP. But that doesn't means if deliverables are high than you have the right to manipulate or misused the policies by implementing unethical and unprofessional practices in the management.

Likes

Culture, Autonomy, Learning opportunities, Flexible work timing, involvement in decision making, appraisal and recognition, challenging assignments from time to time, ample amount of learnings based on skill and competency enhancement are a few to name.

Dislikes

Absence of remote working policy, proactive salary correction as per market standards

This is a veey good and very positive thinking policy, i am very happy to work in it Zydex industries pvt. Ltd.

Only dislike this company given salary date of months 07th only dislikes because all companies given 1st or end of the months

Learning New things, Working many types of soils, and gain knowledge for stabilization and road work

There is no growth in salary and career, Reimbursement deducted every month and not tell the reason.

... imagine about security of your job. non tolerated higher authorities and poor . neither career growth nor salary hike/ appraisal. work-life balance is worst.
