If your stackholder is happy with you, he or she will give new things to learn. In my case my stackholder was different than my manager, so his perception was I'm not working well, even after having 60-70% team dependency, so didn't get good opportunity to learn.

Dislikes

Management is poor, shoe lickers get promotion, salary is too low, work life balance is zero. If someone doing their tasks on time without showing off then it is 90% possibility that he or she will not get appreciation. Note: Likes and dislikes may vary with different team and different managers.
