Salary compensation can be better, Proccesses needs to be defined better else work life balance becomes a challenge sometimes

Its fine. Its a university. Learn and go. Quite a lot of work goes unappreciated. Although timings are quite flexible but satisfaction is low. Employee retention is 40%. Numbers speak for themselves.

Dislikes

Compensation is not good at all, highly unsatisfactory yet they expect you to work atleast 10 hours a day. Its okay. Learn and leave if you feel to grow in and career, but with less benefits.
