It was good and you can work with some good and great people but most of them left.

Dislikes

...s it's not cooked properly so just enjoy your food and kill your health happily. 7) Lot of deductions in salary you will get disappointment only every month. 8) You can't use sick leave they will force you to change it Lop wierd.... 9) No equality full of politics can't grow professionally and they make you feel you are not part of their team simply showing hates indirectly with smile face. 10) They won't pay last month salary after you resigned and won't give documents also and spread negative comments. If you feel your life is going good with little bit of peace and wants to spoil your career and health physically and mentally just for fun this is right place for you, Have a nice journey here.

...ry bad, they expect you to beg them for your thing to get done.. Under payment some random deductions from salary which they never want to disclose. Salary will always be less than what they have mentioned. tip - If you want to negotiate on salary negotiate with In hand salary not CTC because they agree upon ctc and after 1st month you will find out in hand salary is very different from what you expect (Random deductions)

Not a very good company to start your career in. Not very professional leadership.... very haphazard administration and unreasonable management. No scope for development and little regard and adherence for Labour law's.

Dislikes

Very bad people management... very biased towards Dravidians..... unprofessional and unethical work environment

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
