...specially Top management, as others are puppet..........Laala company behaviour. No job security, firing and salary hold is very common culture. Stay away or regret.

Politics, culture, no hikes or promotions, nepotism and favouritism for the lickers

Salary will be credited within the expected date itself.

There will be no notice period or intimation for an employee when he gets fired. And accounts department work is really pathetic.They don't even know the basics how to calculate the expenses and compensation etc..

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts new technology and effective ideas.

Dislikes

...s employees and customers. Appraisal and increment are regular and transparent. No delay in salary as well bonus payments.

Only one thing: Salary disbursed regularly at fixed given time.

Dislikes

Management doesn't bother about you if you are not from IIT, IIM NIT etc or if you don't follow every bit of them right or wrong. Career growth also depends on above points. Company changes its policy whenever they want which is always against field engineers and if you disagaree for that then be ready for the new job search.

Fraud company for employees as well as their customers looting money

Dislikes

This job involves travel which is very expensive you cannot do monthly savings their reimbursement is not on time. And their work of process is totally fraud only taking money from their customers and cannot fulfils their project on time. No one picks call if you don’t believe you can try yourself. If they answer probably it is for monetary benefit once it’s over then call again they will not answer.
