Worst start, worst experience, they always cut salary for every device, laptop -1000rs per month, sim card 500rs per month, and many more like this. And when I resigned they also did not provide me proper fnf, they cut my 7.5k for no reason, even after asking they are not providing any reason or breakup for salary.

In terms of work culture, zunpulse values inclusivity and I have felt like a valued member while working with them. I would highly recommend zunpulse to anyone looking for a learning curve in their career, irrespective of the position.

Dislikes

"Change is the only constant" I have realised this more than ever while working at zunpulse. Every day brings new challenges, and changes in strategy and even in products. But these are a part and parcel of the work culture in a startup.

Team mates are supportive, company does parties oftenly to overcome from the stress of the employees hahaha.... packages are quiet good

Worst environment I had ever seen at all, the targets are unrealistic the manager's behaviour is worst I had ever seen in my life he has one way communication only speak never ever listened a single problem faced by us not to give any single solution to a single problem always ignore his juniors

work culture is really great, people here are friendly and helpful not only within the departments but from other departments as well. Leadership people help you learn and grow on professional and personal basis as well.

Dislikes

sometimes there is no work life balance. culture is dynamic as it is a startup but its growing really well. overall company is really good.
