For East Region RM Mr. Jitendra Singh Bika was very rude behave like a unprofessional If you have given your best but still haven't flattered the regional manager then you are the worst manager And Mr Basuki Jha who is take care of east Region Most Faltu Hr. Actually he don't know about hr Policy

It's a TATA brand and policies and Things are simple to follow and not much of Deviations

No work life balance and Pay is less as compared to work done.And it's under staffed also the Incentive plan is not so encouraging

* we can learn more things like cloth folding and get billing experience and the main important thing we learn patience.

The shift hours is too long like 12 hours or more than 12 hours and the salary is too low for our duty time and the total break for 12 hours is 1 hour and 15 minutes that is too short and the job is too hard for boys because boys have to do 80 percentage of the zudio work. We only get Rs 418 for 12 hour work that is very unfair and when we make a mistake in the billing the manager will ask the employees to pay for it from the short amount of salary. And in my job experience zudio is the worst place to work.

If talking about up's and goods all I can say are points below. • pay check is great, salary as newbie is still a up point. • on January or August etc sales you get insentive up to 7K (including bonus) • cleanliness is top notch. • you get pretty much a uniform, once in while new pairs which we can admit it every company does give to employees. That's all as I think are the up's.

Hate it absolutely to the last breathe hate it, i worked quite for a long time and did plenty job switches from early age as 18 between all these years there wasn't even that many times i absolutely felt to ki l l myself like I worked for zudio or did infact working in zudio. Here are the following down's. • absolutely f ked timings you may receive a call on week off's they don't give a s... About your life. • no matter what circumstances your in what mental stress your in, you are just a machine to them nothing more then that. • not worth it, i mean it just isn't, following guidelines and having Saturday morning meetings which in case even if store is in benifit having good flow yet the dm will still yell like it's a Monday afternoon. • no you will never ever get that sweet sweet promotion staying here for years I am here for 5 and half years yet all i Archive was a great arthritis, back pain and mentally and physical stress, wanna ask me why no promotion? Cause zudio doesn't work on skill it works on picking fevorites yeah heard that right on fevorites. So if your not that boss's glory ho le suc kr you Aren't getting a promotion. • if you work here you will never be the same. If these points didn't change your mind to not get a job in zudio idk what can before getting this job years before I looked for these type reviews and I was like what could go wrong? But here i am. • last but not least as if you ever worked for any retail let me tell you boy o boy the Saturday and Sundays and absolutely baha blast.
