...re changed without information 4. No set structure for salaries and incentive 5. Ineffective salary credit TAT. 6. Deductions are applied without any bifurcations. 8. Everything is sugar-coated too much 9. Only good for entry level job 10. Overall 90% of things are wrong with this company

The work environment was very good, the employees were even better.Leaders also helped a lot. The ex-CMO of the company, mam understood the employees very well.

getting more work done for less pay. Changing policy every month. No one does target based jobs these days.

Dont join i would suggest as they dont have work to give that too fraud work completing assugnments of foreigners where they charge 1 assignment for nearly 10k 15k but while they pay u. Just come & experince the shit of this place. They wont let u work peacefully. Still they expect u to give more efforts. 60k immpossible target still they make u do it. But u cnt go bryond it as they wont & dont want to pay u incentives. Bohot bhikari co. Hai basically.

... there and get scolds for sitting idle. When its their fault they dont give wrk. No payment their are cuts and unlawful deductions in salary. Literal Chindi chor. Very bad experience.

Dislikes

Unwanted half day salary deductions on Login/logout missing. Salary credited so late. Incentives and OT deducted during low productivity in the company from their end only. No concern regarding health and safety of employees. Have to work After completing shift hours. Never think about the employees personal lives. No monetary benefits for daily excessive hours. Full day salary Deduction on login/logout from other registered location. There is no need of location tracking while doing work from home.
