No work pressure. Company GM is sleeping for whole day and CEO know this but still he is GM😊. It's permanent job but growth is 0%. From last many years engineer are working with same designation.

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team.
