Very good management prior to 2012 Good facilities like housing loan/medical insurance etc Good work culture

Compensation was ok , how ever no very slow growth, the work pressure was so high that I could not mention in words, I had to work 10 to 11 hours daily despite of Sundays and holidays , I had to take care of all warehouses / stock reconciliation/warehouse inspection/audit/transporter bills reconciliation/ track of invoiced but not supplied stock to the dealers Knowing my family problems I had been transferred to Agra so that I will leave the job without any compensation and I had to . I had applied for VRS which is open for all , my application had been rejected My appraisal had been degraded by Group Head , though it was good evaluated my intimidate boss I had spent my tenure in the company from 2012 till resignation very painfully

The management is too bad... There is no confirmation about job. Bonus given are low.. and salary incriment is very low Food given by the company is not good and costly They don't have understanding in the plant. They are having vacancy but they don't confirm the apprenticeships as company trainee.. they are searching for new ones leaving apprenticeship employs.. worst management worst management

...rom the senior officials to stay at home and supported work from home culture. Despite of contraction in country economy and job losses, we got a salary hike. We Proud for part of Better organization. Thank you.

A very good company to work for. Management trusts employees and allocates challenging responsibilities that inculcates high degree of ownership.

Compensation mechanism should improve. Higher degree of ownership should fetch rewarding remuneration in line with ownership shouldered.
