Product is good, but now no new learning opportunities

Dislikes

Internal politics, no work life balance, low package, less learning opportunities, desi company with no values, higher management keeps on changing, hiring and firing is the culture now

Terrible company , never ever think about working there.Management dont want you to grow.They only deserve people from tier 3-4 colleges.

As a company, it’s doing pretty good and pays competitively. As like any other place, your work life depends on the team and manager/leadership you’re in. Luckily, my team was good and a good manager/leader so it was positive for us.

... been given. They are not caring about you. Know the gap that will be on resume. They will give you very small package and very bad culture. The top management specially Syam Nair person which has joined Zscaler is very unprofessional and have a little knowledge about the cloud security and he wants QA to remove. Don’t join this company, whether you are developer or QA. They do the silent firing frequently.
