...Pandemic starts they started to kick us out from the company without any reason. They hold our salary for 2 months saying if you are not resigning then we will not give you salary so eventually many of us resigned from the job so the job security is low. Then the management people are not well behaved. They just want that you have obey everything they are saying even if its wrong if not then they will hold grudge against you and they will mentally torture you. 3rd thing is it is a health company still they don't provide proper masks and gloves to treat patients and they tell us to work like that without anything. So it is very dangerous during this condition. Plus there is no extra benefit working in this company and if you want to do practical work then its not for you because after working your practical knowledge would be zero as you only have to deal with customers by talking.

Zoylo digihealth is a Health care Ecosystem Services Company, here our job role is to develop the Business and expanding the Brand value,for getting business we have to do corporate tie-up for Employee Health check for Annual and Pre-Health checkup. For developing the Brand value we use to conduct the Medical camps, Health talks, Yoga services at Corporate, IT Companies etc.

Organization is new startup, before joining the company I have experience were I have more than 2yrs for callhealth as a Business developer Officer at Visakhapatnam City.The Present Organization was good until we working on till our potential, while requirement too expand the Brand value company wasn't ready to explore in the market,for company branding purpose I have shared my suggestion for Visakhapatnam city like city Bus Branding and Hordings and Leaflets Distribution.

CEO at this place doest look at the quality and quantity of work we do,they are more desperate about individual personal life. I have seen Rotten Apple inthe organization,where the management belives them and forces us to leave the organization.

Unprofessional way of behavior of managers in CC Team,i believe 100%they are not eligible for their position.very much partiality in their own refered persons. They won't give any preference to work or employees they simply come they show off like they r doing everything but for fact they don't know simple excel also. Finally they don't have any work ethics.
