Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Management is giving right salary to the skillful person, many chances and opportunities are given to improve their skills as well. After giving many chances still who didn't want to gain knowledge with basics even are only been pushed to such scenario without any option left, you only just want to improve yourself.

This is fake company charging money form each and every person including team leaders also they don't give salary it is not a company

...aid 70k only .while joining they say 4Lpa is package but they give 16300/-only .if you work for 6months they give only one or two salaries they don't create salary account ,they don't create PF account,don't give hikes ,simply they give laptop worth 10k or 15k please don't join ,we wasted 6months time and 2.5lakh money
