New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. ...e. Most people are amazing except the founder (especially for his employees). The founder is nice to guests and meditators who pay to enter but pathetically rude to his staff as he doesn't want to value their contribution and acknowledge their effort. He got his share of trauma and keeps on projecting instead of working on himself because of his ego. He discredits and humiliates them for fabricated reasons, pays below average and still counts every single cent spent. That's the reason employees don't stay there for long. If someone could fix that one person, this place would be the best on their planet in every sense.

Dislikes

The founder and his attitude towards staff. The place lacks works structure.
