...ss. If you ask they will give lame dissatisfied answers. No proper payroll team. Lot of errors in salary. And if you complain, they don't care. You will end up working 13 hours and they don't pay extra. No transport allowance or food allowance. You will be treated like a slave. No respect to employees. Sometime you will also be Targeted and used as scape goat for their own mistakes. No new learning. No scope for growth in salary or position. This is not an organisation. It's a petty shop run by two uncivilized people. Avoid this company!!!!!!

they will fire you eventually no matter how good is your work. as you grow and salary increase your insecurity increases. Top management did frauds and currently this company under govt scrutiny

Worst Management If you are experienced then don't apply for the Helpdesk job Simply pressurize the technician Never Believe on Promotion, for 2000 hike they will extract 2lahk worth of work Simply they will recruit Higher management where they will sit in the cabin and there wont be any changes Now a days IT Helpdesk becoming an Customer support, Just listen the user and escalate. You wont get any app/tool to resolve the issue. Most of Just guide the user to follow the instruction. Demand for more resolve count.
