Nothing i like in zone by the park hotel.

There always been salary issue in this hotel. Management never cares about the trustworthy employees who given their best of time in this hotel. First when i joined i enjoyed by the environment and by the different style of this brand but as soon as times goes reality comes true.most of employees have to struggle for basic item for smooth operation. In Covid-19 situation the management didn't gives most of the employees salary and also they weren't aware how we r handling the situation and what we are going. After giving almost a year to this organisation i have felt that to join this hotel was biggest mistake of my life.

HR policies are useless, no medical for parents, appraisal is meaningless increment is based on how much u are close to the park team. Bonus is decided on min wages. No conveyance policies

Front Office staffs and manager is very much helpful. I always appreciate their helpfulness and my effortness to their work. And also HR Mr. Digbijoy Sen is also very helpful as well as training manager Mr. Arjun Prakash Nayar is a very good training manager.

I dislike security's attitude, behaviour as well as they always quarrel about tips with me in front of the guests

Some people are good like Mr.Rajeev Sir & Mr.Prabal Sir they are well professional & calm. This is for Delhi location review corporate office.

But the HR person who is from Delhi location and corporate head Mr.Kunal Choudhary they don't have etiquettes how to treat candidates. Worst experience about interview last rounds There will be lots of round like more than upsc interview treated like. This is Also for corporate office of zone by the park ( review ). Improve your HOD level candidate give a training properly how to treat candidates. It's my request to management.
