Very good office culture like here is no boss level frustration. All are equal. Very good salary for the employee.

I am working as a senior executive role. Personally i have too much work hard for company when it was the lunch period. I have 6 city lunch and all are successfully running now a days. The most worst city Bihar( Patna) which was no one resolve the city that but my manager Rahul singh and i doing work hard for maximum login and on a time it was 350+ login. But there is lots of bad politics which was i suffer very badly.

Working with zomato is good , if you're a onrole employee then your job security is good otherwise not.

There is a lot of politics and the doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

...If I am talking about career then everyone had equal to opportunity for growth.This was the only company who was paying the highest salary to employees.Finally I had work satisficiton at Zomato.. I always miss the best days of my life at Zomato as a Zaman.

Nothing i like there we have to take breaks according to their need, We can't eat in dinner lunch at dedicated time we have to follow their timings, No job security, We don't know when we will get terminated with baseless reasons, Employees are treated like we are just a labour let the work done and rest we can look, We have to face a lot of customers who just scold us no matter what they just use abuse language still we have to take those chats.
