...sanity and dignity! My experience with Zomato has been an absolute nightmare: 1. They lure you in with promises of a ₹1280 joining bonus, only to leave you high and dry with no explanation. 2. They dangle the carrot of a branded t-shirt and delivery bag, but good luck getting those without raising a fuss. 3. The app itself is a disaster—customer addresses disappear into thin air, leaving you to navigate blindly through Zomato's maze of incompetence. 4. Need help? Forget about it! Their so-called "live support" is a joke, offering nothing but empty directives to contact a mysterious team leader who might as well be a figment of their imagination. 5. And don't even get me started on payment issues! After busting my *** all week, they have the audacity to shortchange me on offers and conveniently vanish when I try to get answers. Save yourself the headache and avoid Zomato like the plague!

Salary is below average not good as I aspected.we work very hard as labour on field and Zomato not provide atleast average salary 3km payout only 30 to 35 rupees atleast he gave us 50 to 60.. that's my thoughts on it

Company provides training for employees before work started. This is very nice rare quality found inside todays companies.

No savings. Low salary.earning not as per satisfaction. No insurance for family. Please don't work if u have big expectations. Indian roads worst quality u will end with lifetime backpain nothing more.

1.so low pay, I get to earn hardly 9000-12000rs of I work for 12hrs a day 2.TL's don't pick up their phone ever (I mean never).they are just for show 3.no designated area to stay (sometimes we have to wait for 2 hours for 1 order and we do not have any certain location to stay) it's like we are vagabonds sitting anywhere anytime in any whether just looking at traffic and people 4.No safety at night. . The Most important 5 no. Nobody respects us (more likely they treat us like beggars and still don't give tips) Pls depender goyel sir if this small message get to u, make a designated area for riders (make more actual rest points) maybe 2-4 area per city depends upon the city lenths.Maybe make restpoints on godowns which u own for zepto....do something sir. We been complaining about pay for decades but still working but these designated areas issue is bigger. I'm from siliguri Fe id:- (not gonna share online because of privacy)
