There are many many good points about zoho: Best work culture A good work life balance Chill teammates Best employees friendly company A lot to learn So many perks: free gadgets, transportation, free 4 time food, free snacks A very beautiful campus.

Sometimes I feel is salary could have be more better. But that doesn't matter if you are getting alot of perks.

Full freedom and support on your work schedule, until and unless you can deliver results.

Favoritism, caste politics, there are no consequences for bad behaviour, lack of professionalism and gossip is encouraged. It is extremely demoralizing to see incompetent people who are impolite being pampered over those who work sincerely for the company.

The company offers various benefits, such as a yearly bonus of approximately 200-300% of your monthly CTC. You can get free food round the clock, and the flexibility would depend on the company's internal team.

Dislikes

Won't have flexible work hours for a support role and am bound to work within your timings. Hard to avail of off on some days whether you have your CL/SL. The skills and learning set becomes saturated after a certain period. On top of the cons, you can enjoy the pros, and the cons differ from the company's internal team.
