Low Pay and Appraisals are really lowest Tools and technologies are very old and traditional with no scope of advancements Most of the new hires are non-tech and tech freshers that lacks experience and expertise to do their jobs High attition rate due to low growth opportunities and not so challenging work

Amazing colleagues! They're very helpful & amazing to work with. Second is transperancy, they're very transparent about your performance - be it good or bad. Free lunch, who wouldn't love that with Menus changing on a daily basis with amazing cuisines every week. Flexible work culture - no unnecessary pressure. Amazing work environment and friendly people all around the office. Overall, it's a very positive place to work at and I'm really happy to be a part of such an amazing workplace.

Very professional yet friendly management team. You need not thing twice before voicing out any issue, since they understand and try to make things as easier and clear for their employees.

There are few aspect to appreciate about Zocdoc. However all the POCs (supervisor) are commendable and helpful, even though they lack significant authority .

Numerous aspects of Zocodoc prompt dissatisfaction. Their treatment of freelancers resembles a form of servitude . Upon joining with group of six freelancers, they initiated termination one after other, without any prior warning. One day, suddenly, a call would come and the collaboration would cease. Gradually, this group of six dwindled to just one - myself - as they let go of everyone else. Their absence of a comprehensive leave policy is evident, with all other absences resulting in unpaid time off. Even a combined Friday and Monday leave is regarded as a four-day unpaid absence. The excessive micromanagement, down to needing to announce a mere 15-minutes break, coupled with monotonous task and absence of creative outlets through out the day, contribute to the negative experience. While I've mentioned a few unfavorable aspects. believe me, the situation is even more favorable than described.

ZocDoc is amazing if you plan you work for 1 or 2yr, but after that you will hardly learn anything new as the work is very monotonous. The work culture they promise turns into work politics just after you get comfortable among each other!
