The salary is fine other things are worst .

...ere as per their convenience and even they fo not provide convenience for that . Extra working hours without additional pay . Cut week off of employees also if sales is less. They have made the environment toxic for their employees .

In operations(WH) you need to be flattery otherwise your reporting manager and his domain’s racket will treat you as a slave. You don’t have rights to say anything what you feel or else you have gone through the worst. Nobody cares. Nothing is being confidential here. If you update anything to HR it will automatically downloads to operations.

Most what I like in zivame is tranning and development process it's amazing..

Some it's may be work life balance but it depends on employee that how they manage their professional and personal life..so some time I feel little bit pressure
