This is a very bad company. The operation head here, Deepak Kharbhanda, takes money from the staff. If the money is not paid for that month, he terminates the staff. Then a vacancy is announced. In that too, he takes money and makes the selection. Then he terminates the staff after a few months. This is his business.

There is a lot of worst policies and salary is very low no increment salary

There is lot of worsted rules and actually 108 ambulance service is emergency service but they are having business.carreer is not growing

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the menagement doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not givan to new joinees

Less salary. At least as a cluster leader minimum salary is 25 , 000 but i am getting 14,500 only which is very disappointed. Less increasement. Request to CEO sir kindly look the salary of CLUSTER LEADER
