... learning curve. Only full of diplomates and seen people pulling each other leg. Salary was the biggest concern. Approaching to management was also challenge and have seen people doing favour for their work goal. No issues and concerns taken seriously when raised by us being there in quality.

I have learnt many skills from my Cheif Manager and Assistant Manager, they both were supporting and environment was positive.

Less salary. At least as a cluster leader minimum salary is 25 , 000 but i am getting 14,500 only which is very disappointed. Less increasement. Request to CEO sir kindly look the salary of CLUSTER LEADER
