... blame management. We can't give appraisal due to bad situation of organization. They made deduction from salary as covid deduction for 11 month (deduction rate - 50% 30%)

Salary on time, get together, feast, recognition, overall a Good experience & team mates very cooprative, nothing of dislike as such.

Flexible Timings, A different type industry wherein service deliverables are prime task. Unique business concept which is a kind of monopoly within the city.

Over burden work assigned. No proper technology. No process driven. Poor management.No work life balance.

We don't like whenever the zipgrid has forcefully told us to resign and we are appointed at pick my work contract basis. So we are not eligible for paid leave and all facilities.
